Rapport building words

I just found a great list to share of business rapport building words to use for more effective communications. Before I give you the list, please consider the use of: we, us and our. These simple words help you build inclusion, cooperation and alliance. When you communicate to others, using the three words above can create teamwork and great rapport faster. In contrast, when you use: I, mine, you and yours, you create limiting communications. Please try to use we, us and our instead whenever possible.
The other words (from How to Say It at Work by Jack Griffin) to consider using in relationship building and collaboration are:
analysis
answer
brainstorm
collaborate
confer
control
cooperate
good listener
guide
hear
helpful
huddle
idea
learn
listen
manage
offer
open mind
productive
solve
synergy
team
team player
thanks
together
work together
If you incorporate these words into your written and verbal communications with team members and customers, you will reap great rewards!
Please let me know if you have any other great rapport building words to add to this list.
