Many times when you're setting up a marketing campaign you need to use an email address other than your primary account. You can set up a new Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo account but that takes time. Instead, Ricky suggests you try an excellent temporary mailbox at http://www.temporaryinbox.com. He suggests that you use this when you want to anonymously complete an online registration form as well as when you are doing marketing testing.

There are two parts to communicating- one talking and one listening.
More and more I am finding that listening is an art that needs to be practiced. The listening process has five steps:
Receiving
Understanding
Remembering
Evaluating
and Responding.
At each stage there is an opportnuity to "miss" part of the communication and part of the meaning! Do you ever find that you're in a meeting, thinking that you got the assignment or plan only to realize that by the time you get back to your desk, pieces of the information are lost?
